In the standard EnviSensor ETH set, we provide a temperature sensor with a 1-meter cable. If you need a longer cable, we offer sensors with cables up to 10 meters long, available as additional accessories.
No, EnviSensor does not require a static IP address. The device can work with a dynamically assigned address (DHCP), which greatly simplifies configuration on most networks. Connection to CE MonitorApp cloud is initiated by the device, so there's no need to configure port forwarding or VPN tunnels.
By default, EnviSensor sends data to CE MonitorApp cloud every 5 minutes. This interval can be changed in device configuration from 1 minute to 60 minutes. In case of an alarm, information is sent immediately, regardless of the set time interval.
Yes, up to 4 sensors can be connected to one EnviSensor ETH device (including the standard temperature sensor supplied in the set). These can be different types of sensors: temperature, humidity, smoke, leak or door opening, depending on monitoring needs.
