KMS-30 — reliable magnetic access sensor
The magnetic contact precisely detects when a monitored object opens or closes, helping secure rooms and monitor access.
The two-part sensor is installed on the moving and fixed parts of the monitored object. Separating the elements sends an opening signal to the main unit.

Can the KMS-30 sensor be used outdoors?
The standard KMS-30 is intended primarily for indoor use and does not have a water-resistant enclosure. Outdoor installation requires additional weather protection.
How many KMS-30 sensors can be connected to one EnviSensor recorder?
Up to four sensors can be connected depending on the recorder model and available ports. The standard EnviSensor ETH has four sensor ports.
Can the KMS-30 sensor be mounted on metal surfaces?
Yes. Because metal can affect the magnetic field, use a spacer and test operation after installation.
