In the standard EnviSensor ETH set, we provide a temperature sensor with a 1-meter cable. If you need a longer cable, we offer sensors with cables up to 10 meters in length, available as additional accessories.
No, EnviSensor does not require a static IP address. The device can work with a dynamically assigned address (DHCP), which greatly simplifies configuration in most networks. The connection to the CE MonitorApp cloud is initiated by the device, so there is no need to configure port forwarding or VPN tunnels.
By default, EnviSensor sends data to the CE MonitorApp cloud every 5 minutes. This interval can be changed in the device configuration to a value from 1 minute to 60 minutes. In case of an alarm, the information is sent immediately, regardless of the set time interval.
Yes, a maximum of 4 sensors can be connected to a single EnviSensor ETH device (including the standard temperature sensor provided in the set). These can be different types of sensors: temperature, humidity, smoke, leakage, or door opening, depending on monitoring needs.
