Under standard operating conditions, we recommend calibrating the EnviSensTH sensor once a year, which aligns with good practices in environmental measurements. However, for applications requiring particular precision (e.g., pharmaceutical laboratories) or in challenging environmental conditions, more frequent calibration may be necessary. We collaborate with professional laboratories providing calibration with PCA certification. During calibration, we offer free replacement sensors.
Yes, we can provide EnviSensTH with custom-length cables on special order, tailored to individual installation needs. However, please note that with very long cables (over 10m), there may be a slight decrease in measurement accuracy due to electrical resistance of the wire. In such cases, we recommend consulting with our technical department, which will help select the optimal solution for your specific installation.
Yes, you can connect several EnviSensTH sensors to a single EnviSensor recorder, depending on the recorder model and available ports. The standard EnviSensor ETH has 4 ports, allowing you to monitor conditions at different points in a room or in several different rooms simultaneously. Additionally, the system can be expanded with other types of sensors (e.g., smoke, leak, door opening) on the remaining available ports.
